Consists of one handbook and two CDs. It consists interesting facts about heart and circulation, about preventive measures, disorders, forms of treatment, and it talks about what medication can do and what it cannot do.
On the CDs, there is information on these subjects and music selected according to medical-psychological criteria. It describes the effect of music on the cardiovascular system, and how standard forms of therapy can be supplemented by funktional music, music therapy and musicmedicine. There is also information about possible mechanisms and current research findings.
Furthermore, there are exercises which where particularly developed for this program. These exercises may help you to reduce harmful stress and intensify the effect of the music.
